All of our items are cooked with Kingsford® Charcoal.
ALL COOKING IS DONE ON KINGSFORD® CHARCOAL AT THE EVENT SITE! We will arrive 3-5 hours prior to serving time (depending on the menu). We will provide a mild tomato base BBQ sauce, Mobile “Pig-Nic’s” own spicy vinegar sauce, and a variety of hot sauces. Servers, serving tables with table covers, and decorations are provided for the serving line. Any leftover food will be left with the customer.
Our Pulled Pork Menu includes Home Style Potato Salad, Fresh Chopped Cole Slaw, and Smoke House Baked Beans. We also include Fresh Baked Dinner Rolls, Hamburger Buns (for those who would like a BBQ Sandwich), Plates, Napkins, and Plastic Ware! **You may substitute sides. Click here for sides.
